The Avanti Young Women Leadership Program:

Vaishali Jethava

Something to know about her: Helping and loving children who are not from well-established families puts a huge smile on her face. She also loves old era songs from Bollywood films, exploring new places and having fun with her friends. She is also a moody person, but once she starts doing the work she loves, she becomes very focused.

Day in life at BRM: Having a great place to work, having fun, and travelling a lot is like having a dream become reality. As a person, I never really liked meditation and doing silence, but after joining BRM, I was able to realize how it can be a great tool that helps me become more energized and collect my thoughts better. My day starts with minutes of shared silence with the BRM team, and then, I am off to conduct outreach for the Avanti Young Leadership Program.

Travelling and serving/giving knowledge to girls to enable their growth is truly at the core of my professional dreams. Aside from outreach, I also take care of BRM accounts, which is a very important aspect for optimal performance of each organization. Along with the other BRM team-members, I also assist with the implementation of other BRM projects.
